The Beach Villa`s are privately owned luxury homes, select homeowners make their Villa available for rental when they are not in residence.
Note: The Beach Villas members lounge and fitness center is closed until further notice. Warranty work is scheduled from Jan 14, 2013 to Mar 16, 2013 on the lagoon hot tubs. This will also require the lagoon pool to be closed from Jan 24, 2013 to March 8, 2013. Some villa guests will experience construction noise, path diversions and partially blocked views. The noisiest period will be from Feb 19 - Mar 9, 2013 (concrete shelf installation and backfill). The large heated lap pool and hot tub near the Ocean Tower along with the beach will remain open.
